Job summary

Beyond Autism Services is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our collaborative team providing ABA, Speech, and OT services to children on the autism spectrum. We offer a supportive environment with supervision, manageable caseloads, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will develop and oversee individualized treatment programs, supervise RBTs, and train families while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in the State of Pennsylvania required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Review clinical data and monitor client progress.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Provide parent and caregiver training.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and clinical collaboration.
  • Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment data.
  • Promote client safety, confidentiality, and dignity.
  • Maintain professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do
