Job summary

Beyond Autism Services is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative clinical team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA programs and supervise RBTs, while coordinating with SLPs and OTs to support children on the autism spectrum.

You will conduct assessments, train families, and ensure data-driven progress in a supportive work environment that values work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• BCBA certification required.
• LBS in the State of Pennsylvania required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Review clinical data and monitor client progress.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and clinical collaboration.
• Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB requirements.
• Deliver high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment data.
• Promote client safety, confidentiality, and dignity.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do
