Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Calvert County, Maryland seeks a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based behavioral services team.

You will develop and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct FBA, analyze data, and collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data.
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
  • Help school teams implement positive, evidence-based behavioral strategies.
  • Support students in achieving their academic, social, and behavioral goals.

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide school-based behavioral services in Calvert County, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working collaboratively with educators, families, and related service professionals.

Calvert County Public Schools offers a variety of specialized programs, including Behavior Development Programs, Structured Learning Environments, and Intensive Structured Learning Environments, providing BCBAs with the opportunity to support students with a wide range of behavioral and developmental needs.

As a BCBA with Kelly Pediatric Therapy, you will:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
