A leading pediatric therapy provider is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Pennsylvania to support an elementary Emotional Support program. What You’ll Do
  • Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral and educational assessments
  • Analyze data and adjust interventions to support student progress
  • Develop and oversee Tier 1, 2, and 3 behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP development
  • Partner with educators and staff to meet diverse student needs
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district policies
