Job summary

Center for Applied Behavior Analysis, LLC (CABA) seeks a BCBA-certified clinician to provide clinical oversight for 8-12 clients on average, collaborating with RBTs in-session and guiding data-driven treatment plans. You’ll have access to the BOSS® program (Behavioral Operational Support Specialists), providing real-time, executive-level clinical support for troubleshooting tough cases, collaborating on decisions, and helping you stay focused on what you do best. Caseloads are capped and built intentionally, not dumped.

• Base salary: $82,500 - 92,500/year, depending on experience
• Quarterly bonus structure for billing above 110 hours/month and above 120 hours/month -up to $2,000

• Assigned a caseload of clinical hours (which may include appointments in the late afternoons, evenings, and possibly weekends as required).
• While there may be occasional opportunities for remote or hybrid work, the majority of this role will be in person to best meet client needs.

What You’ll Focus On

• Provide clinical oversight for 8-12 clients on average, with time built in for treatment integrity, data review, and supervision
• Support RBTs® directly in-session, with a focus on skill-building, feedback, and collaboration
• Conduct assessments, guide programming, and make data-driven decisions without sacrificing clinical standards for speed
• Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools, physicians, and other providers as needed
• Participate in peer reviews, mentorship opportunities, and, if desired, clinical research projects

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA® certification
• Completion of the 8-hour supervision training
• 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses
• Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs
• Experience with severe behaviors preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Three professional and two personal references
