Job summary

Powerback is seeking an In-Home Pediatric BCBA to oversee clinical care, conduct assessments, and develop behavior plans for clients in-home or via telehealth.

As a BCBA, you will supervise Behavior Technicians, ensure compliance, provide parent training, and maintain timely documentation. This role offers part-time schedules with growth potential and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university meeting BACB guidelines.
• BCBA certification or equivalent mid-level qualification as per market requirements.
• Experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (1+ year).
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the clinical delivery of care, including activities by Behavior Technicians.
• Conducts initial and six-month assessments and recommends plans aligned with client goals.
• Provides supervision of Behavior Treatment Modification on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services.
• Delivers parent training for at least 1 hour each month.
• Develops child-specific Behavior Treatment plans.
• Ensures licensure and compliance for themselves and technicians.
• Returns required documentation promptly to capture services and meet payer requirements.
• Reviews Behavior Technician documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Gives feedback and coaching to technicians from a clinical perspective.
• Ensures prescribed hours are utilized.
• Position may be in-home and telehealth.

Education

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst oversees the clinical aspects of their clients' care. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops behavior plans, trains Behavior Technicians, oversees the quality of services being rendered, and ensures all documentation is accurate and submitted timely.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the clinical delivery of care, including the activities performed by Behavior Technicians.
• Conducts initial and six (6) month assessments and recommends plans which drive outcomes aligned with clients' goals.
• Provides supervision Behavior Treatment Modification on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services.
• Delivers Parent Training for a minimum of 1 hour each month.
• Develops child specific Behavior Treatment plans.
• Ensures all licensure and compliance requirements are up to date for both themselves and their Behavior Technicians.
• Returns required documentation in a timely fashion (as outlined in company policy) to capture services rendered and meet payer requirements.
• Performs reviews on Behavior Technician documentation to ensure accurate representation of services performed and quality service documentation.
• Provides feedback to Behavior Technicians on duties performed from a clinical standpoint and coaches and guides improvements.
• Ensures utilization of hours as prescribed are met.
• The location of this position could be a combination of in-home and telehealth.
• Performs other related duties as required.
