Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays in home, school, and community settings. You will conduct assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and supervise RBTs.

Collaborating with families, schools, and clinical leadership, you will deliver parent training, monitor progress, and adjust programs based on data.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required.
• Strong assessment and behavior intervention planning skills.
• Experience supervising and training behavior staff.
• Ability to use data-driven decision-making and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with families and schools.
