Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services for children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and collaborating therapists.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, excellent communication with families, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and progress for each learner.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior support strategies.
• Create individualized, data-driven treatment plans tailored to each learner’s needs.
• Oversee and ensure effective implementation of ABA programs by RBTs and collaborating therapists.
• Use ongoing collection and analysis of behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making.
