Role:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing high-quality ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings.

Key Duties

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment/behavior intervention plans.


• Ensure evidence-based ABA implementation with clear clinical oversight.


• Supervise therapists/RBTs and provide coaching and performance support.


• Monitor and analyze behavior data to guide clinical decisions and treatment adjustments.


• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to support consistent progress.


• Coach parents/caregivers to reinforce strategies and promote skill generalization.

Qualifications & Skills

• BCBA certification with strong ABA assessment and treatment-planning expertise.


• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and evidence-based clinical decision-making.


• Experience supervising and coaching staff (RBTs/therapists) and supporting families.
