Job summary

NorTek Medical Staffing Inc. is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services in a pediatric practice serving the northwest Chicago suburbs.

You will work with OTs, PTs, SLPs, mental health providers, and families to develop individualized treatment plans. This hybrid role offers a collaborative environment with strong administrative support, a competitive salary up to $100,000, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Minimum of one year of BCBA experience.
• Strong knowledge of Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and evidence-based ABA practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA practices.
• Design meaningful skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis.
• Modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Provide caregiver education and parent coaching.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Participate in clinical meetings and professional development.
• Maintain ethical clinical practice in accordance with BACB standards.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.

You'll work closely with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Mental Health providers, Registered Behavior Technicians, and families to develop individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful, functional progress.
