Job summary

Behavior Interventions is seeking passionate BCBAs to provide high-quality ABA services across Willow Grove, Hatboro, Jenkintown, Fort Washington, Lansdale, and surrounding PA locations. This full-time and part-time opportunity offers strong clinical support and a collaborative environment to grow.

You will conduct assessments, design and implement ABA programs, and work closely with families, schools, and our clinical leadership to advance practice.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification and licensure in PA or NJ.
  • Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for youth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on ABA principles.
  • Maintains documentation in CentralReach and related systems.
  • Collaborates with families, schools, and clinical teams.
  • Supervises and coaches team members and supports professional development.
