Job summary

Behavior Interventions, Inc. is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Harrisburg-Camp Hill team. Positions available full-time and part-time in various settings including home, school, clinic, and community.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with PA licensing options or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on ABA science.
• Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to support families and team.
• Engages in professional development and supervision activities.
• Maintains written documentation of interventions and supervision in CentralReach.
• Teaches skills to clients and caregivers; reduces problem behaviors.
• Collaborates with team; provides feedback and coaching on ABA strategies.
