TrueNorth Wellness Services is seeking a BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work in the Harrisburg area. In this role, you will meet with clients and caregivers, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians.

The ideal candidate will have BCBA certification, relevant licensure, and experience working with children. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and flexible work schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in area as psychologist, counselor, or similar.
• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Must complete criminal clearances and mandated training.

BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Location: Harrisburg Area. Employment type: Full‑time or Part‑time.

Job Duties

• Meet with clients and caregivers in home, community, and school settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor goals through data collection and analysis.
• Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and oversee implementation of the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Collaborate with team members regularly.

Qualifications

The BCBA must be licensed in the Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner, or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services, and hold certification as a BCBA. Experience working with children is preferred.

Job Requirements

• Three clearances: Pennsylvania ChildLine, PA State Police, and FBI Fingerprint Check.
• Completed Mandated Reporting training and sealed college transcript.
• Reliable transportation.
