New Patterns ABA - CT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults with ASD and developmental disabilities.

You will develop tailored treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and professionals to achieve meaningful progress in a compassionate, client-centered setting.

Qualificações

• BCBA certification required and current credential in good standing.
• Experience delivering ABA services in-home, school, or community settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with families and professionals to implement treatment plans.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at New Patterns ABA - CT, a leading provider of in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing individualized ABA therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on client assessment and progress monitoring
• Deliver ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions and adjustments
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment activities
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
