GREATWAY THERAPY in Glendale, CA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and deliver high-quality ABA-based services. You will assess, plan, and implement interventions for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare providers to promote meaningful progress and independence.

The role involves data-driven treatment, direct therapy in home-based or clinical settings, and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
• Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health interventions, and functional assessments.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance for patient confidentiality.
• Hands-on experience conducting behavioral therapy in home-based settings or clinical environments supporting neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Strong skills in data collection methods, behavioral psychological assessments, and diagnostic evaluation procedures.
• Prior involvement in patient intake processes and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Knowledge of special education practices and supporting autism spectrum disorder support strategies is highly desirable.
