Job summary

BrightPath Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site role in Flower Mound, TX. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs, supervise clinical staff, conduct assessments, and analyze data to track progress.

You will collaborate with families to ensure successful implementation of intervention plans and provide training to behavior technicians while upholding ethical and professional BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Requires BCBA certification and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Proficient in developing and monitoring ABA programs, functional behavior assessments (FBA).
• Strong data analysis, observation, and report-writing capabilities.

Role Description

The BCBA will also provide training to behavior technicians and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Behavior Analysis principles, developing and monitoring ABA therapy programs, and conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA)
• Skills in staff supervision, training, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong data analysis, observational, and report-writing capabilities
• Effective communication, empathy, and the ability to work with families and diverse communities
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and at least a master\'s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Adherence to ethical standards and best practices set by the BACB
• Experience working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
