Job summary

Lumino ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Winter Haven, FL to join a growing North Orlando-based team. Enjoy flexible hours, a supportive environment, and competitive hourly pay of $80–$100.

This role offers school-based hours, mentorship, and the opportunity to work across Orlando Private Schools and nearby homes. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs and preference assessments, developing BIPs, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with schools and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• Active Medicaid license (required).
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome).
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized BIPs.
• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation.
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development.
• Optional: participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments
• Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development
• Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS)

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
