Job summary

Great Gains ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team. We are BCBA-owned and dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices, with a culture that values collaboration, growth, and client success.

The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure client progress while maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities
