Great Gains ABA in Florida seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are a BCBA-owned company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices, with a culture that values collaboration, growth, and client success.

As a BCBA, you will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families to ensure ethical and regulatory compliance while advancing professional development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
