Job summary

INSPIRE Autism seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs, supervise clinical work, and guide data-driven treatment for a manageable caseload in a clinic setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and mentor practicum students while supporting children with autism and their families.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a focus on quality care, professional growth, and a balanced work environment.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required and applicable supervision experience.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong clinical skills in ABA, assessment, and data-driven patient care.
  • Commitment to client-centered care and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care.
  • Track and analyze progress data to guide clinical decisions.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Contribute to ongoing program development and quality improvement.
  • Mentor practicum students and RBTs.

Compensation

$75,000 per year
