This full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is a hybrid position based in Illinois. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design evidence-based ABA programs tailored to each child’s needs. Daily tasks include supervising and training behavior technicians, monitoring data, and adjusting interventions to promote measurable progress in communication, social skills, and independence. The BCBA will provide parent and caregiver education, collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, and ensure clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with professional standards. The role involves minimal travel to clients’ homes within the service area (if possible), as well as remote clients for those that are further away.
