Job description

At Adapt ABA, we believe ABA can do more than address challenging behaviors—it can help individuals build the skills they need to live more independently and participate meaningfully in their communities. Our team works with adolescents and adults to develop practical skills related to independence, communication, socialization, community participation, vocational development, and daily living.

Who We Serve:
  • Adolescents and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Individuals preparing for or navigating the transition to adulthood
Why Join Adapt ABA?
  • Established Support: We utilize a structured operational layout and an active peer supervision system so you are not practicing in isolation.
  • Administrative Operations: A dedicated admin team handles scheduling changes, billing logistics, and intake documentation.
  • Stable Hours: Your core center hours provide a predictable schedule baseline even if a home client cancels a session.
  • Schedule Control: We offer the flexibility to manage your administrative tasks between shifts and set your own home-visit scheduling boundaries.
Summary:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Adapt ABA, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals as they transition into adulthood. This position is essential for implementing effective behavior intervention plans and promoting independence among clients in our community.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and behavioral deficits.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers to enhance client outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in all practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and LABA certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 30-40 hours per week.

  • Health and dental insurance
  • CEU stipend and professional development support
Schedule:

Our full-time positions use a flexible scheduling model built around peak hours for our clients.

  • Center Shifts: You will have dedicated, predictable hours inside our center (typically morning or early afternoon blocks). These hours provide a stable base for your schedule. When on a center shift, you work within our established center structure and have access to peer supervision.
  • Afternoon Peak Hours (3:30 PM – 7:00 PM): To support school-aged clients and caregiver collaboration, your caseload will include afternoon sessions. Depending on your specific case assignments, these peak hours may be spent at the center or out in the field with a home client.
  • Autonomous Scheduling: Outside of required center shifts, you manage your own daily schedule for home visits and parent training, provided you maintain clinical compliance and meet BACB supervision standards. Any gaps in your calendar between shifts are entirely your own off-the-clock time.
  • Commute Protection: If you are assigned home-based cases, they are kept within a 25-mile radius of the center . Direct travel required between consecutive, back-to-back field appointments includes standard mileage reimbursement .

Work setting: In person, with services provided at the center, in clients' homes within 25 miles from the center, and community settings. Reliable transportation is required for community and home-based services.
