ALEE Behavioral Healthcare is looking to hire a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a School-Based position in RI

This position involves working with a school district for consultation and direct collaboration to support students with severe emotional disabilities, aggression, and mental health disorders. The BCBA will collaborate with special education teams, teachers, school administrators, and RBTs to manage behaviors affecting learning, providing comprehensive behavior management. Responsibilities include evaluation, data collection, interventions, and progress monitoring.

Successful candidates will have:

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
• License to practice Behavior Analysis in Rhode Island

Responsibilities of the BCBA:

• Provide effective ABA treatment to individuals with various diagnoses
• Conduct and interpret assessments (Functional Behavior Assessments, VB-Mapp)
• Create behavior support plans, treatment plans, and skill acquisition programs using DTT methodology
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in implementing support plans, skill programs, and data collection
• Communicate effectively with team members and service providers
• Monitor client progress and adjust procedures based on data
• Complete documentation, reports, assessments, and reimbursement paperwork timely
