About the Role
Our remote BCBA's have the flexibility to choose their own schedule. Case loads will be assigned based on your availability. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for developing treatment plans, coordinating care for clients, as well as for RBTs and behavioral assistants. The role also involves implementing outreach services for assigned clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans with RBTs.
- Support and instruct families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through ABA principles with the ABA Team and our LSW. Conduct assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports online. Complete clinical assessments to guide programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Develop and update ABA programs based on assessments and data analysis in a timely manner.
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans for clients under licensed professional guidance, in accordance with North Carolina law.
- Provide clinical direction on ABA program implementation to multidisciplinary teams, explaining intervention purposes and behavior functions.
- Oversee implementation and ensure procedural integrity of behavior plans through remote consultation and data review.
- Train staff and families on ABA techniques tailored to client goals for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings, review consumer programs, and develop quality assurance practices.
- Market ABA programs alongside senior BCBA and other BCBAs.
- Assist in developing and monitoring revenue metrics for program growth.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of one year as a Behavior Analyst with valid certification.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Education Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or related Human Services discipline with an emphasis on Behavioral Analysis.
- Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or a state license to practice ABA.
