Job summary

ICAN is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team in Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on providing services to neurodiverse youth in a collaborative environment.

The position entails maintaining a caseload of 8-10 clients, implementing neurodiversity-affirming ABA techniques, conducting assessments, and ensuring progress across goals while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. Training and collaboration with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and psychologists are expected.

Qualifications

  • Experience applying ABA methodologies with children with autism.
  • Ability to conduct assessments and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborative work with speech, occupational, physical therapists and psychologists.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain caseload of approximately 8-10 clients.
  • Implement neurodiversity affirming ABA techniques.
  • Conduct assessments and semi-annual re-evaluations.
  • Maintain clinical and administrative records per HIPAA.

Job description

ICAN is seeking a full time BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing services to neurodiverse youth and excited to work in a collaborative environment.

Your Role:
  • Maintenance of standard BCBA responsibilities related to case management - caseload of approximately 8-10 clients
  • Implement neurodiversity affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
  • Conduct assessments
  • Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and ensure progress across goals
  • Maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines
  • Provide parent training and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback and trainings to BTs and RBTs
Requirements:
  • Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders, required experience in ABA
  • Passing background screening and verification
  • Direct experience implementing ABA methodologies to children with autism
