Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our remote team serving children with Autism across New Jersey. You will assess and develop individualized treatment plans, implement ABA-based interventions, and collaborate with families, therapists, and supervisors to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification or is eligible, has strong ABA knowledge, excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a remote setting

• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
