Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Newark-based ABA therapy team. The BCBA will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism, collaborate with therapists and supervisors, and provide training to families to support treatment at home.

You will assess progress, make data-driven adjustments, and maintain comprehensive records while staying current with the latest ABA research and best practices.
