Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our remote team serving children with Autism across New Jersey. You will assess and develop individualized treatment plans, implement ABA-based interventions, and collaborate with families, therapists, and supervisors to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification or is eligible, has strong ABA knowledge, excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a remote setting

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and developing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Conducting behavioral interventions and assessments to promote positive behavioral change and skill development.
• Collaborating with families, therapists, and supervisors to ensure seamless care and support.
• Providing parent training and education to empower family members in supporting their child’s growth and development.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA Therapy.
