A non-profit Human Service agency is seeking a full-time Licensed BCBA to join their team in Andover, MA. The role involves conducting functional behavioral assessments, writing behavior and safety plans, and training staff. Ideal candidates will be licensed in Massachusetts with three years of experience in the field. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional behavior assessments.
• Write behavior and safety plans.

• Providing Trauma-Informed Care Training.

Skills

Knowledge of Department of Developmental Services and Human Rights regulations

Requirements:

• Must be able to appropriately intervene in medical, psychiatric and behavioral crises.
