Job summary

American Training, Inc. is seeking a full-time Licensed BCBA to join our dedicated team in Massachusetts. You will assess needs, conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, and develop behavior and safety plans in collaboration with staff.

This role requires MA licensure as a BCBA, at least three years in mental health or developmental disabilities, and a willingness to work in residential settings. We offer flexible hours, strong benefits, and a supportive, trauma-informed workplace.

Qualifications

  • Currently licensed in Massachusetts as a BCBA.
  • Three years' experience working in mental health and developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license required and use of personal vehicle.
  • Satisfactory CORI and background check.
  • Flexibility to work in Residential Homes.

In this role you will be responsible for Functional Behavioral Assessments, data review/analysis and the writing of behavior and safety plans.

Responsibilities
  • Completing Functional behavior assessments.
  • Writing behavior and safety plans.
  • Analysis of data.
  • Training of staff on behavior plans and data collection.
  • Providing Trauma-Informed Care Training.
Skills Needed
  • Knowledge of Department of Developmental Services and Human Rights regulations.
  • Exceptionally strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to write effective behavior management plans.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Good community relations skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements
