Description du poste

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) — Part-Time | $40/hr to start | South San Diego

$40/hour to start, 15 hours a week guaranteed, and benefits part-time roles almost never offer: 401(k), paid time off, mileage reimbursement, plus bonuses when your authorized hours stay full. You'll also get direct supervision from our founder — a BCBA — including supervised fieldwork hours if you're working toward your BCBA certification.

KinderReady Behavior Solutions is a small, local, BCBA-owned ABA practice in San Diego — not a corporate chain. 90% of our staff stay, because you're treated like a clinician here. We're growing in South San Diego (Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, and nearby communities) and looking for a BCaBA to join the team.

What you get:

• $40/hr starting
• 15 hrs/week guaranteed minimum (typically 15–30)
• 401(k) and paid time off — yes, on a part-time role
• Bonuses for utilization of authorized hours
• Mileage reimbursement and a flexible schedule you control
• Direct BCBA supervision that invests in your growth, including fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification

What you'll do:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect and review behavioral data to track client progress
• Support parent and caregiver training
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team

What we're looking for:

• Active BCaBA certification (required)
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder preferred
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions in South San Diego
• Someone who wants to grow clinically, not just fill hours

If you want strong hourly pay, real benefits, and supervision that actually invests in you, we'd love to talk.
