Job summary

Achivements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment plans in in-home, daycare, and school settings across North Carolina. You will work under supervising BCBAs, observe RBTs, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress for children with autism and their families.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, with a back-office team handling administrative tasks. A 45–70 USD/hour rate reflects experience, and licensure in NC is required or in process.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA Certification (BACB)
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience supporting treatment implementation and supervision preferred
• Willingness to travel within assigned service areas
• NC licensure or in process to obtain licensure

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision support and observations of RBTs to promote ethical and effective care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required clinical records.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.

Compensation

$45.00 - $70.00 per hour contingent on experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
• Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
• Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain North Carolina licensure!
