Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment implementation and provide in-person supervision across home, daycare, and school settings in North Carolina. You will collaborate with supervising BCBAs, train parents, and help monitor client progress while ensuring compliant documentation and professional care.

In this role, you will work with families and school teams to deliver individualized plans, participate in team meetings, and travel within service areas.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with treatment implementation, supervision and parent collaboration preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and reliable transportation.
• NC licensure or in process to obtain licensure.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs to promote ethical care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to support clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely records.
• Maintain HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements and policies.

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCaBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment implementation support, in-person clinical supervision support, parent collaboration, client observations, treatment plan implementation monitoring, and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation

$45.00 - $70.00 per hour contingent on experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
• Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
• Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain North Carolina licensure!
