Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking a dedicated BCaBA to develop and oversee ABA programs, train staff, and support children with autism. Join a mission-driven team focused on helping children reach their full potential with high-quality therapy and family involvement.

Under supervision of a BCBA, you will design individualized programs, conduct assessments, train RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure effective implementation and progress tracking.

Qualifications

  • BCaBA certification (required in applicable states).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience working with children with autism (preferred).
  • No disciplinary actions on license/certification.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for ABA and helping children succeed.
