PediaStaff is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Highland, IN area. This in-person, clinic-based role focuses on behavior reduction and skill acquisition for students, in a collaborative school setting.

Full-time position with ASAP start. Training available if not currently BCBA-licensed. Join a multidisciplinary team to support young learners and their development.

Qualifications

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but training available if not yet.
• Must hold an active BCBA license or have passed boards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Lead and support RBTs in implementing strategies throughout the school day.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, school staff, and families for consistency and progress.

Qualifications:

• MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Active State specific BCBA license and/or passed boards
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred- but training available if not

Role Overview:

As a BCBA, you will work along with a multidisciplinary team to create programs for behavior reduction as well as skill acquisition with a student-centered outlook. This is the perfect position to grow in the field of behaviour analysis and support individuals in a school-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Lead and support RBTs in implementing effective strategies throughout the school day
• Partner closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, school staff, and families to foster consistency and measurable progress
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision for RBTs
