• Coordinate employees into a highly effective team to produce a high quality product in the most efficient manner.
• Process and package collections.
• Check for order changes and update daily order log.
• Set up equipment and supplies for processing and packaging collections.
• Clean and sanitize machines and components nightly to prevent contamination.
• Write packing slips with farm name, date, genetic line, and doses.
• Record orders, doses, and farm entries; maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot and fix equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform quality checks on batches for motility, concentration, and contamination per protocol.
• Maintain cleanliness of farm areas, including baths, office, bathrooms, and equipment.
• Notify site manager when supplies are running low.
• Assist with feeding daily; manage feeding schedule and boxes.
• Assist in other areas as needed by managers.
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing filters and lubricating parts.
• Other duties as assigned.
