Responsibilities

• Leads capital spending and budgeting on an annual/quarterly basis.
• Generates, justifies, and approves purchase orders.
• Maintains current and/or develops new quality assurance processes.
• Performs cost analyses and improvement planning and execution.
• Maintains records related to contracts and records retention policies.
• Meets internal efficiency metrics and optimizes operations.
• Organizes animal flows through isolation and coordination of activities.
• Hires and trains farm personnel and oversees semen collection, bottling, and delivery.
• Oversees movement, care, and health of boars at the stud and isolation facility.
• Maintains facilities and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize semen costs.
