• Serve as a liaison between service advisors, technicians, and customers.
• Hire, manage, and develop Service Department staff.
• Monitor training and certification requirements.
• Prioritize required services.
• Follow manufacturer and company policies and procedures.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction benchmarks.
