Job summary

BMW Group in the United States seeks a Regional Product Trainer to deliver training to dealer sales and aftersales staff on BMW products, technologies, tools, and sales processes.

You will lead specialized sessions, partner with Training Managers and Product Specialists, adapt to diverse audiences, and act as a brand ambassador. The role requires up to 85–95% travel and relocation is available.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years in the automotive industry.
• Ability to travel at least 85 to 95% of the time.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Facilitation and training experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training, coaching, and support to dealer sales and aftersales staff on BMW products, technologies, tools, and sales processes.
• Lead specialized training sessions to enhance customer experience and strengthen soft skills like consultation, test drives, and sales delivery.
• Partner with internal teams (Training Managers, Product Specialists, RPT Leads) to align training strategies with product launches and growth initiatives.
• Present and simplify product knowledge for diverse audiences, adapting to varying experience and technical skill levels.
• Act as a subject matter expert and brand ambassador, maintaining deep knowledge of BMW products, tools, pricing, and marketing programs.
• Build strong relationships with dealers and regional teams to identify training needs, close knowledge gaps, and improve training effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training materials, support events, manage travel demands, track training goals, and contribute to additional projects

Relocation is available for this position.

The expected salary range for this position is $57,900.00 - $95,500.00.

The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
