Qualifications
- 1–3 years of automotive technician experience.
- BMW/MINI experience preferred.
- Automotive technical training or certifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair services.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and diagnostics.
- Complete brake, suspension, and fluid services.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs).
- Accurately document repairs and services performed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow BMW/MINI repair procedures and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians.
- Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner.
- Maintain an organized workspace and complete stall cleaning daily.
- Document work performed on repair orders and test procedures/results.
