Job summary

Chapman BMW on Camelback is seeking an experienced BMW Master Technician to join our service team in Phoenix. You will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW vehicles, working with seasoned Service Advisors and technicians in a modern shop equipped with BMW diagnostic tools.

The role reports to the Service Manager and emphasizes top-quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BMW Master Technician certification required.
• Experience as BMW mainline technician preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles using factory procedures.
• Perform warranty repairs per BMW standards.
• Explain repairs and timelines to the Service Advisor.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and contribute to a team.
• Work in a modern, air-conditioned shop with BMW diagnostics.
