Job summary

Peter Pan BMW, part of Penske Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Factory Certified Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The position is a flat-rate shop role with pay starting at $52.75 per hour and potential annual earnings of $96k–$144k based on productivity.

Strong candidates have 3+ years in a dealership setting, OEM certification, and a proven commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Current or previous OEM factory certification required.
• BMW technician experience preferred; factory-certified from other brands encouraged.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles.
