Peter Pan BMW, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Factory Certified Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Flat-rate pay starts at $52.75 per hour with expected annual earnings of $96k–$144k based on productivity and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Current or previous OEM factory certification is required.
• Previous BMW Technician experience is highly preferred; other OEM factory-certified technicians encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while working at a flat-rate environment.
• Complete repairs within manufacturer time standards and document work orders thoroughly.
