Job summary

Chapman BMW on Camelback in Phoenix seeks an experienced BMW Certified Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair BMW vehicles in our Service Department, delivering high‑quality workmanship and exceptional service.

You will work Mon–Fri 7am–5:30pm with rotating Saturdays, earn up to $45 per flag hour, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 24 months. Eligibility for benefits includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BMW technician experience required.
• Certifications required.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, maintain, and repair BMW systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections and communicate recommended repairs to Service Advisors.
• Accurately document inspection findings, repair recommendations, and completed work.
• Complete repairs according to repair orders and dealership standards.
• Perform warranty repairs in compliance with BMW manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
