Role Overview:

Team Leaders oversee frontline customer service operations at the branch. You will focus on resolving escalated employee and customer issues promptly. In this entry-level leadership role, you will work alongside the Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager to train, develop, and mentor Customer Service Representatives to excel in their roles.


Salary Statement:

The salary for this position typically starts at $34,216.00.

A Day in the Life:

The essential functions include:

  • Assist with scheduling and task delegation for the branch.
  • Support daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Help resolve escalated customer complaints.
  • Ensure staff conduct work courteously and respectfully.
  • Support frontline operations and process customer transactions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and track serialized items.
  • Audit transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Interpret and implement BMV policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a technical resource for transactions.
  • Assist with daily time reporting and financial record-keeping.
  • Communicate equipment issues to maintenance.
  • Maintain customer experience metrics.
  • Train and mentor staff.
