Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Building Management System (BMS) Quality Manager to join the DEC Quality team. You will lead BMS implementation across data center projects, ensuring safe, robust and compliant systems while coordinating with general contractors, CSIs, and E&I teams.

This role requires travel up to 50% and a strong background in industrial automation and HVAC controls. You will oversee inspections, drive standardization, and support project teams from design through commissioning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree) or relevant work experience
• 10+ years of experience with instrumentation and controls programming/installation, MEP coordination/project management, commissioning of data centers or large-scale buildings
• Experience with Industrial Automation and Building Management Control Systems (i.e., PLC/DDC)
• 3+ years of experience with programming and designing HVAC control systems and Electrical Power Monitoring

Responsibilities

• Manage, onboard, and lead BMS leads and contractors to ensure safe, robust, reliable and functional controls systems
• Establish vision and foster collaboration among on-site teams and partners
• Drive consistency and standardization across buildings and contractors
• Review project adherence to BMS PLC Playbook and coordinate audits and inspections
• Support project communications and align messaging to trade partners
• Coordinate scheduling for construction, commissioning, and BMS activities
• Lead multi-stakeholder meetings and manage risk with cross-functional teams
• Travel domestically as needed (approximately 50% travel)
