Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Building Management System (BMS) Quality Manager to join our Data Center Engineering & Construction (DEC) Quality team. This role focuses on delivering safe, robust, and reliable BMS aligned with design and quality requirements across our data centers.

You will oversee installation and commissioning, manage contractor leads, and ensure adherence to Meta’s standards while supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree.
• 10+ years of experience spanning instrumentation and controls programming/installation, MEP coordination, commissioning of data centers or large-scale mission-critical buildings.
• Experience with Industrial Automation and Building Management Control Systems (PLC/DDC).
• 3+ years of experience with programming and designing HVAC control systems and Electrical Power Monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead BMS leads, CSI, and E&I contractors throughout all project phases, ensuring safe, robust, reliable, and compliant controls systems.
• Establish clear vision and foster cross-functional collaboration among on-site teams, BMS, GC, CSI, and installation contractors.
• Drive consistency and standardization across buildings and partner teams; review BMS PLC Playbook adherence.
• Perform BMS inspections and validate project status from early MEP construction through commissioning.
• Coordinate and lead large multi-stakeholder meetings and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
