Job summary

Vertiv in the United States seeks a BMS Engineer to design and execute temperature control and automation systems, including PLC- and SCADA-based solutions. Qualifications

Two- or four-year degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience designing control systems for commercial HVAC or industrial automation.
Hands-on PLC hardware selection and ladder logic programming experience.

Responsibilities

Develop system layouts and control designs from project docs.
Design PLC architectures, panel layouts, power distribution, network topology, and I/O assignments.
Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and SCADA/HMI applications for monitoring and control.
Prepare design submittals, as-built drawings, and O&M documentation.
Coordinate equipment cut sheets and submittal packages.
Ensure designs meet contract drawings and specifications.
