Job summary

HTS Engineering Ltd. in Houston is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 3–5+ years in construction or building services, specializing in BMS and control systems, including data centers.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage project schedules using MS Project, and ensure safety standards compliance. Travel to sites will be required.

Engineering degree required; PMP/PRINCE2/BCIA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services with BMS focus.
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms: Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys.
• Experience with data centers considered a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering.
• PM / PRINCE2 / BCIA certifications advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, and BMS tools.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites.
• OSHA and CSCS certifications knowledge.
