Job summary

AllCare Health is seeking a BMPS Data Analyst in Grants Pass, OR to design, develop, and coordinate complex data analyses across Benefit Management & Pharmacy Services, Oral Health, and Social Determinants of Health.

You will create dashboards and visualizations, work with medical data, and interface with IT to deliver Power BI solutions that drive informed decision-making across departments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of healthcare data analysis, BI, analytics experience.
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, medical, pharmacy, utilization, population health).
• Experience creating dashboards and reports for decision-making.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data listings, reports, and visualizations to identify cost drivers and trends.
• Explain complex clinical data to staff verbally, in writing, and graphically.
• Design dashboards and reports to support BMPS activities and disease/case management.
• Coordinate with IT Data Science to submit Power BI production dashboards via AzureDevOps.
